Founder Story 📚:
”I (Adam Horn) created More Mindful Yoga (MMY) after personally realizing how impactful strong company culture and mental health care are for employees' well-being. After facing mental health struggles of my own, I found solace through yoga, community, and counseling. After obtaining my finance undergrad, I returned to school, obtaining my Master's in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and becoming a certified Yoga Teacher. I created MMY to combine what was so helpful to me, yoga, community, and counseling, and bring it to business in the form of a holistic wellness program.”
